With the long days of summer we can reconnect with nature.  Enjoy the feel of the grass in your feet, the sound of birds chirping and the sight of all the beautiful flora and fauna.

Also with the long days of summer we can find time to reconnect with ourselves.  Take time to return to your mat for practice or to meditate.   If a class setting suits you we are open during the summer and beyond and for the remainder of the summer we are offering a special of $10 per class.
