Class Descriptions

Flow Yoga

These classes consist of yoga sequences or flows that are an energizing practice. Done with an emphasis on safely moving from one pose to another while focusing on the breath, all sequences are adaptive to each student's personal abilities and experience.

 

Gentle Yoga

These classes are slower paced to focus energy inwards, balancing the connection between the mind, body and spirit. They consist of gentle movements to relieve tension and work on flexibility, balance, strength and the breath.

 

Restorative Yoga

With the help of supportive props in gentle poses, we allow ourselves to release more fully, providing a deeper stretch for stiff muscles. These classes illicit a deep, restful and healing response allowing us to learn to fully relax. A wonderful way to end the week!
